Primary point of contact to the customer
Broad spectrum of responsibilities:
marketing research to find new customers
Marketing of products,
Marketing documentation: writing quotations, marketing materials
Technical discussions/liason between various internal departments R&D/engineering and production departments, project management/logistics and the customer.
Finding an effective solution for the customer specification while including project profitability control.
Following through with the project management of the orders until delivery (and thereafter)
Broad capacity for technical understanding of our products
Understanding and compliance to: Military and QA standards
