A leading global company in the networking and cybersecurity field is searching for a senior network engineer.
You’ll be a part of the network expert team and you will act as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and onboarding team for technical network issues.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure 24/7 availability of our network, handling day-to-day production network issues.
Assist in incident response and support customers during network events and attacks.
Work with network architects, engineering, and R&D on infrastructure improvements.
Actively monitor, react, and troubleshoot system events and alerts.
Investigate and resolve network related issues.
The position requires on-call duties.
