We’re hiring a Mechanical Quality Engineer for a leading tech company in the agri-tech & manufacturing industry!
Job Description:
Handle day-to-day quality engineering activities: product quality documentation, customer complaints, ECOs, product deviations, non-conformities, FAI, document control, and field corrective actions.
Manage and support investigations of escalations, deviations, CAPAs, risk assessments, FMEA, and root-cause analysis — internally and at supplier sites.
Lead and implement IPQC, IQC, and OQC processes for supplier approvals.
Develop and maintain external auditing plans for suppliers and their subcontractors.
Take an active part in leading, reviewing, and approving product changes in manufacturing.
Validate manufacturing processes to ensure targets, production output, and quality standards are met.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within engineering, manufacturing, or NPI environments – ideally with multidisciplinary products (electronics, mechanics, software, testing, integration).
Proven experience leading quality efforts across the product life cycle.
Strong background in quality project leadership or project management.
Experience managing external production lines and collaborating with R&D teams.
