תיאור המשרה:
· Direct all EMC group activities and assets including testing, technical writing and certification, test equipment and test procedures
·Train and motivate the group’s test engineers and technical writers
·Oversee clients’ test and certification projects
·Lead internal processes to improve the efficiency and quality of customer service such as test automation, introduction of new technologies and HR development
דרישות המשרה:
· B.Sc in Electronics
· At least 3 years’ experience in management of at least 10 engineers/technicians in test lab / design verification team / development team
· Work experience in Radio/RF/Microwave field
· Knowledge of EMC & Radio test standards - preferred
· Good interpersonal skills
· Client-oriented
· Excellent English
