תיאור המשרה:
The Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst will be part of the Total Reward team and will participate in managing cross company projects and plans around compensation, benefits and payroll aspects as well as for processes related to HR budgets and HC planning and monitoring.
The Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst will support 20 markets around the world (~1,500 employees) excluding Israel, which is being managed by IL Total rewards Team.
The Global Total Reward Analyst will report to Global Total Reward Manager and work closely with various interfaces in HR and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Global Compensation– Participate in various compensation projects such as Annual Reward process, Global Benchmarking, Annual bonus plans and incentives etc.
· Job Catalog and job leveling – responsible for global job evaluation and leveling according to the company’s guidelines and tools.
· Global Benefits– participate in benefits projects such as review and design local benefits policies and plans in our markets.
· HR budget - global responsibility over the annual HR budget process, ongoing monitoring and analysis of the global HR budget usage.
· Global HC planning – global responsibility, ongoing monitoring and maintenance of and global HC including position management in HR systems.
· Work closely and effectively with various interfaces – HR management team, Global HR teams and finance.

דרישות המשרה:
· Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Management / Industrial Engineering
· 5 years of experience in C&B
· Fluent in English
· Experience leading global projects in a matrix organization.
· Excellent analytical skills, Excel proficient
· HR Systems orientation
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in global teams.
· Confident working with a range of internal stakeholders from all functions and levels of seniority
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
· Organized & detail oriented.
· 5 years of experience in C&B
