• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are a must to interact with internal project team, contractors, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical and/or construction blueprints and drawings required.
• Understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
• Experience with industrial ventilation a plus
• Proficiency in creating correspondence, documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, and monitoring project expenditures preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and planning tools.
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and guidelines
