Responsibilities :
• Preparation of consolidated monthly quarterly and annual financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries including Tax report.
• Preparing company’s annual budget and the budget vs. actual report.
• Monitoring the company’s Cash Flow on an ongoing basis and implementation of controls on payments and collection.
• Supervising the accounting department and giving professional support.
• working directly with tax authorities and external auditor.
• Analysing company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, margins, costs and compliance with budget.
• Preparing relevant information for the Board of Directors
• Other financial and administrative duties as required
