תיאור המשרה:
Software Director to join our R&D group, to lead our Software group, and establish a complex and challenging Software for its high-end radar system for autonomous driving.
דרישות המשרה:
At least 10 years of experience, in Software Engineering
At least 4 years of experience in Software management
Experience with Embedded software and DSP programming
Leadership skills with ability to motivate teams
Experience managing aspects of cross-teams plans and interfaces
A strong sense of accountability and quality
Experience leading successful releases in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills and communication capabilities
Well organized and methodical
Experience with managing team leaders
Managing offshore subcontracted SW teams
Experience with agile development processes
At least 4 years of experience in Software management
