At least 7 years prior experience in managing multidisciplinary technological programs, or leading significant aspects of such programs.
Solid technical background - A Must.
BSc. or higher degree one of the following fields, or related ones - Physics, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - ability to manage without authority in a matrix work environment.
Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Multitasking capabilities - coordination capabilities to manage several resources.
Be a leader and a motivator, self-driven, communicative.
Be fluent in English.
Willingness for international travel
