We are looking for talented PR & Influencers to join our team at Kfar Saba, reporting to the Senior PR & Influencers Manager.
We are looking for talented and driven people with different perspectives and experiences to imagine the unimaginable and continue our journey of a world with fewer single-use plastic bottles.
The ideal candidate will blend PR expertise with influencer marketing strategies to drive brand growth and engagement on a global scale.
How the day-to-day will look like:
PR:
Global activations (assisting in ideating and implementing)
Creation of global press tool kits for launches
Media monitoring and reporting
Point of contact for markets and PR agencies (press release and campaign approvals…)
Influencers:
Global strategy and activations
Assisting and monitoring markets
• You will build influencers’ marketing strategy, creativity, and deliverables. Working closely with our brand managers worldwide, and agencies to create a strong brand on digital platforms.
• Evaluation and measurement: Scaling the existing influences programs in all countries, including implementing management tools and processes, reports, and presentations.
• Working closely with the social media, communications, and PR teams at SodaStream HQ to ensure programs are integrated into existing executions, when possible, through paid, organic, or earned efforts.
• Initiating marketing campaigns, and partnerships, over the year with creative and disruptive ideas according to the brand’s mission
• Work with creative agencies: brief development, strategy, and planning, asset development

Requirements
• 2 years of experience in PR, social media, or digital marketing.
• Experience with managing large-scale influence campaigns.
• Native English is a must.
• Proven track record of growing brand presence through social media channels.
• Deep understanding of global online consumer communities and digital marketing trends.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into effective strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and excellent project management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to inspire team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in social media management and influencer marketing tools.
