תיאור המשרה:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department’s daily operations, including employee records management, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and resolve related issues.
Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Labor laws and regulations.
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documentation.
Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related concerns.
Facilitate effective communication within the HR team and across the organization.
Working on ticketing system “Service Now”
דרישות המשרה:
Previous experience in admin / operation positions up to 1 year – Must.
Fluent in both English and Hebrew – Must.
Background / knowledge in HR policies / Labor study – Advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflict, ability to present, train, facilitate, influence and attention to details.
Service oriented and friendly with good social skills.
Working well under pressure and flexibility in adapting and responding to changing situations.
Data driven, strong judgement, and decision-making skills.
Full time job, in Ra’anana (easy access), hybrid (twice a week working from home).
