- Currently pursuing a B.A or M.A degree in a relevant field with at least one year of studies remaining.
- Ability to work at least three days a week.
- Experience in technological recruiting.
- Ability to manage parts of the end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques is an advantage.
- Great team player, innovative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
