non-profit organization located near Airport-City seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to manage and oversee projects, ranging from simple tasks to more complex initiatives. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with our COO of External Relations to ensure the successful achievement of project goals and objectives.
• Manage relationships with partners to initiate and lead projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate project implementation with internal teams.
• Ensure clear communication among team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Track progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation.
• Support ongoing management of External Relations projects.

• Flexible schedule, with availability for Zoom meetings in the afternoon/evening with international partners.
