תיאור המשרה:
The Senior Facilities Manager (SFM) will oversee day to day FM activity at our client’s site(s) supporting the Regional Facilities Manager and Account Director and leading a team to ensure in scope JLL IFM contract delivery is achieved. The SFM will be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and is responsible for assisting in all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction, contract delivery, management of all hard and soft services, financial management and leading the JLL team where applicable. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities professional with a strong background in key stakeholder management and experience in both soft services and MEP.

Experience
Leadership and management of a team
Experience in Health and Safety, Risk Assessing, Method Statements, Permits to work etc.
Tertiary qualification in facilities management, building, business or other related field
5-10 years’ experience in facilities, property management, hard or soft services, hospitality or related field
Experience using CAFM or similar
Experience using CAD desirable but not essential
Qualifications
University degree or comparable qualification or suitable time experience in a similar role
Recognised EH&S qualification
