Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the manual quality assurance processes.- Develop and implementment results.- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve quality issues.- Analyze software specifications and create test plans and test cases.- Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with company standards.- Provide recommendations for continuous process improvement.- Train and mentor junior manual QA team members.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manual testing.- Report to the upper management on the progress and quality metrics
